    Just remask. This osprey was shot against a plain & boring sky. I found this one to paste it onto, and I don't think the lighting angles look too bad???

    Works well and nicely masked in, I do like the layered horizontal clouds in this in opposition to the angle of the birds wings

    Hi Mitch, yes I think you nailed the matching of the colors. This is sometimes the most challenging aspect of making a clean composite, and is often overlooked. Good job with this one for sure! Nice placement in the frame for the bird and the background is well framed. I'm seeing the light on the bird as coming from about the 2 o'clock position but I could be wrong... Regardless, you are right - it does look good!

    Mitch, Nice work. I like the soft color palette and the pan blurred look to the background.
