Hard to tell definitively from the small size but the IQ seems to be quite good (you are allowed up to 1024 pixels on the horizontal side, and up to 250kb). Not my favorite flight pose, and the stick in the background is distracting IMO. Harsh light but well handled (dark shadows under the subject are to be expected). I do like the flight angle though, with the head turned towards us.
