Hi Dumay,
With the rhino population under attack in SA it is so nice to see such a cute rhino calf. I like the detail and the composition of your image.
TFS and best wishes,
Mark.
Hi Dumay,
excellent processing as usual, like the comp, the muted colors ,detail and sharpness. The light parts of the rhino are looking a bit flat. So i pushed them a bit with contrast. WDYT?
Hope you do not mind !
Cheers Andreas

Great detail and DOF Dumay! The wet feet and mouth make the image for me...
Thanks guys...I like what you did Andreas!
Super cute!
Great light!
Great find!
I like Andreas' repost also for a bit of added "pop"...
Let's hope this guy lives a long full life![]()
Hi Dumay, your usual high standard and comp and Andreas has just pushed it that extra yard, very nice image indeed. Would agree with Rudi about the wet areas giving a nice look & feel. Would love to have given you a 14mm lens to see what you could have done here Dumay.
I think Morkel we are all behind you on that score, hope you see more of this one Dumay and are able to post.Let's hope this guy lives a long full life![]()

Post Production: It’s ALL about what you do with the tools and not, which brand of tool you use.
Dumay - cute little one and nice light, comp and IQ. Andreas' repost has improved an already very fine image.
TFS,
Rachel
Nice shot Dumay. Cute little guy and the tight frame filling view gives a sense of how stout even the little ones are.
Very cute little fellow. I like the composition and the light. The shadow is great here as it adds depth. Wonderful shot. It is sad that so many of them get killed - I was in Kruger in January and they had already lost quite a few this year. Two poachers were shot while we were there, too.
Thanks folks!!
Marcus its a huge problem in SA. We are the stronghold of Rhino in Africa...The most recent stats are well over 200 and it was calculated that one is killed every 18 hours!
Love this Dumay, great light and very cute. Nicely Done!!
