    D800, 600, ISO 640, f6.3, 1/400, playback.

    After shooting these guys for many years here in Texas during migration, it was nice to finally see them on their breeding grounds in Alaska.

    Heaven help me; that is one beautiful picture! Clean and sweet with a great look at a beautiful bird. I very much like the vertical presentation. I'll go out on a limb here: on my monitor and to my eye it looks ever-so-slightly oversharpened? The bird himself, I mean. I'd be curious to hear what others think...

    Gorgeous image. Beautiful light, pose perch. This isn't a warbler I get to see often; it's nice to see him so beautifully captured. I agree with Jack; on my screen this looks just a tiny bit oversharpened.

    Gorgeous perch, bg, image design and bird. Head turn is perfect and the soft light is wonderful.

    Stunning image, Alan of one of my local favorites. Lovely willow catkins on the perch, great BG. Excellent work.

    This is one of those wow images I would love to have in my collection Alan! Beautiful work! Exposure and comp are spot on for me. Great perch, pose and BG as well. I may agree with the others that it may just ever so slightly be oversharpened although it's not something that bothers me in the image and only appears from a close look. Now I'm really itching to find me some Warblers around here!

    Lovely composition with the flowers etc...somewhat Chinese art looking I think. The uniform backdrop compliments this nicely, very likeable presentation Alan, a work of art . { agree, a tad over sharpened }
