Hi John, Pleasing softness and sharp where it needs to be. You muted the brighter areas well...

Beautifully done, John. I really like the comp, soft color pallete, and selective focus on the lotus. Striking image.

John, a beautiful image. I love the soft colors and focus. There is one dead spot on a petal to the left of the center that I think would look better if it were repaired or toned down. I know nature isn't perfect but the rest of this lotus is so I don't think it would mind a little cosmetic surgery

Lovely work John, I like the flow of the lotus and the softness. Great work with the filters.

John, I used the clone stamp on the petal I was talking about (its a small petal to the left of the center). I hope I improved it At least you'll see which one I was referring to and you can do your own fix if you agree. It's really lovely without the fix.

Ahhhh...now I know why I was confused! That's actually just part of that particular petal...but you're right, it looks better "healed"! Thank you for pointing it out!
