    Nice looking bird and perch. A more smooth background would have made the bird pop better.

    Hey Luis, beautiful bird here with a nice profile. Good colours and sharp. Interesting perch, not sure I like the white parts to it and the broken-off tip, but certainly lots of character to it. A couple of streaks in the background could be dealt with (the rest looks fine), and I could see a bit less canvas above.

    Love perch and bird, Luis. The perch may be a bit bright but it has a lot of character. Your bird is well exposed. Your background is a bit blotchy but it works quite well b/c your bird stands out against it. You could always try a gaussian blur on it or toning it down just a little. Very nice angle on your bird. I think your bird could use a little more sharpening.

    It would help if you would please include your equipment and camera settings when you post a picture.

    Looking forward to more images from you.

    Nice shot Luis; FT's are lovely to see and you captured this one well, agree on light Gaussian blur as suggested
