Default Red, White and Blue Rainy Day

I shot this through my windshield on Sunday during a rainstorm (it's finally raining in Florida, YAY). This, of course, is downtown Micanopy - the last Antique store on the road that winds through the town. It was a very, very gray day late in the afternoon so I used Viveza and H&S.
Thanks for looking. Comments and suggestions appreciated.

Very cool, Cheryl; I love the contrast between the "motion" of the water on the windshield and the distortion/blue it causes and the peaceful, contemplative scene presented. Nice lines from the roof and porch roof drawing your eye through the image...to my eye the colors in the reds and oranges are a little strong, but that's subjective. Nicely done!

I really like the POV, Cheryl, nicely composed, like the subtle colors, and wonderful distorted effect looking through the wet windshield.

Really cool shot. I like the distortion also and it could have fit well in the surreal week. Nicely done

Nice when Nature and technology cooperate, isn't it. I like it.

Shooting through the windshield created a wonderful, watery effect! I like that you brought out the colors. Good composition.

Cheryl, beautifully handled "aqueous windshield technique". Brilliant!

This is so illustrative of our days dealing with the TS that just went through. I like the distortion and the colors. I think I visited that store a few months ago!

There is no rainy day like a Florida rainy day! Love the distortion of the rain running down the glass, and the soft colors. An evocative pic.
