    Took this guy at Bombay Hook De in bright afternoon light.
    Nikon D3s
    500 mm with 1.7 TC
    HH
    1/4000 sec at f7.1
    ISO560
    cloned out a few branches

    Hi, Bob. Nice capture of him up in the tree. Sharp and I think the whites are good (looking on my laptop). I'm not sure about the pano presentation -- did you try a portrait comp?

    Bob, it is a nice capture but I agree with Ian about the crop. It feels a little lopsided due to the large amount of greenery. Exposure is pretty good but you do have some blown whites. Probably the same settings with the exception of ISO 400 would have saved them. If you have Lightroom you can probably save them if you shot in RAW mode. I would lower the overall brightness of the image, as the light was pretty intense. The feet are very close to the bottom edge of the frame.

    Kerry said it all :) Good capture. Pose and angle are great. Image is quite sharp as well.
