Cala #3

We brought some Cala Lilies home from the market, and of course I had to play. Processing includes a texture from Shadowhouse, Nik color effex glamour glow stacked with Classic soft focus and then a light layer of fractalious over that. Your thoughts and guidance are always appreciated. Especially since I don't do soft very often :bg3:.

You may not do soft very often, but you sure did it well, here. Great composition. The texture is right on for this image, and it's placed very well with respect to the lily. The light portions of it lead very well into the subject. The combination of colors is good. And your use of Fractalius was appropriately subtle. I also like that the upper right side of the bloom, just below where it flares outward, blends so smoothly into the background. Very nice job.

Dave, This has a soft, elegant look to it that I like very much. Nice subtle use of the filters. I like the composition and the pale color tones work well with the flower. Great job!
