I did an Orton Effect on this image, burnt edges and then using Noise Reduction, I moved all the noise reduction sliders to the right and processed...looks like pixelbender or topaz...Image is of broken guard tower at Hiedelberg Castle in where else....:tinysmile_shy_t:......Hiedelberg, Germany.
