I made this a few years ago and it was perfect for high key as it was very overcast with little color and white water anyway. I used several Nik filters including bi-color and graduated fog twice. I also used Nik Silver Efex 2, before the fog layers I think. (I have other versions with less fog & more contrast. I plan to print one.)

I have become fascinated with high key---need to learn a lot more about it and the how to.....and this one encourages me to move in that direction. Beautiful contrasts of sharp vs water reflection. Ground (sand?) is excellent texture. comp: normally we'd like the see the eye, but here the two heads down work excellently together.

Judy, I love the high key look and the image composition. The only thing I might change is to remove the reddish blotches in the upper right corner and the blotch above the rh goose. (Either that or I need to clean my monitor:S3:)
