Captured at Satwiwa, in the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. Satwiwa is a Native American cultural center which features a visitor center and a genuine Chumash dwelling. On this day, the center was having a program featuring some of our indigenous Chumash Indians. I love the colorful regalia and the fact that the younger generation embraces their culture and ensures that it lives on. Topaz filters used - DeNoise, Detail, and Lens Effects for the zoom blur effect.

Kerry...I like your use of the lens effect zoom blur....It gives it kind of a "out of time" look. you might consider just a touch of simplify for the top half of the photo....just a thought!
A nice image. Love the bright colors and the expression on the face of the man--he seems delighted by the boy's dancing. The blur works really well. I wish the upper right part of the image were not so dark and that the blur could be seen there also.
After going to a few local Pow-wows, I really appreciate the colors of native dress....this image is full of these colors....well done with the effects...TFS
