Another of the snowy plover...
Attachment 109930
A blend of the original and 3 DAP versions pencil, portraitist and felt tip. Near B&W at the end, Lab curves took it the rest of the way.
Thanks for looking.

Michael, Very cool! I like the composition and the effect. I do see a few repeats in the bottom half that I might take care of. Love the shadow and the expression of the little one!
The processing is excellent, Michael! The energy/conflict of the lifted foot and the trailing shadow is very engaging. Well done!
Hi Michael, cute little fella...like the use of DAP and ditto on the repeating elements.
That is a cute one, and like the run away pose, Michael. B&W works well, and the long shadow really adds interest to composition as does the texture in FG & BG.
Denise, Steve, Andrew, Brendan,
Thanks much for commenting. Hadn't really thought much about using DAP for B&W before. Thanks much to the theme concept.
Denise, Andrew, Not sure what repeating elements you mean. The lines on the lower right are from the wind ripple pattern in the sand... unless you mean something else?
Cheers,
-Michael-
Michael, Those lines looked like clone repeats, thanks for clearing that up:S3:
