Love it, Maureen!! Keep playing... please. :S3:
Maureen, This looks like a liquify treatment. Very cool. Can you share more about how you created this? You are one creative girl!
Very cool, indeed, Maureen! Love the color, light, and flow to this. Nice work!

The image was made using 2 glow sticks in a darkened room. Basically you just hit the shutter, run to a designated spot in front of the camera and move the glow sticks around in a repetitive pattern. Moving the glow sticks at different angles and varying speeds produces interesting effects. One thing I found was that the glow sticks I was using are really too bright when you first activate them. If you wait a few hours, they dim a bit. I tried doing this outside first, but found there was too much ambient light in my backyard.
Thanks Maureen! You are the best:S3:
That is a really cool! I really like the color and the effect. Nicely done.
You are both creative and energetic, and you seem to have a lot of fun! I really like the flow and proportions to this. A super abstract!
Maureen,
I have often found light painting spare and contrived. This, however is luscious and full of movement. Excellent!

Maureen, this is very creative and artistic! Non photographers might have a hard time believing that this was created with a camera.

Hi Maureen, this is fantastic...can't wait for more! Love the color of the light too!
Thanks for the comments, everyone!
Ok now when I saw the original I thought distort filter...but when I read how you did it...Wow, a great idea and OOTB thinking. I am going to try this...thanks
Nice image and application, Maureen.
Like the flow and colors.
What a great idea for those used glow sticks the children leave about. I would never have thought of it and it is a lovely result.
