Maureen, The soft colors and the added lines are appealing. I like the placement in the frame, raised foot and HA.

I like the delicate color wash and sketch-like effect of this. Very nice to have the motion of the water and raised foot together.

What I like most about this image is how the bird stands out. It almost looks like a pencil drawing, which I like very much. The soft colors work well with the soft overall look. Good composition. Nicely done.

Willets make such good subjects..I like the base image with the effects you've added..my personal preference would be if it was a bit darker but thats just me
