I always welcome this winter visitors.
Unfortunately they are less and less as years go by.
This year we only have one visiting our feeders.
I cloned out some branches from the background.
If you blow it up to 300 percent you would probably find some imperfections.
With my vision, I did not.

Hi Karl,
I too have noticed a drastic decrease in these sparrows at our feeders. You have a great BG and a nice headturn. I like the space in front of the bird and how you have framed this. The eye could be sharpened a bit,

What a superb shot I really like the colours and fine detail. It looks very similar to the tree sparrows over here in UK, these too are in decline.
