Something of a lighter touch

This is another Cedar Key image from the holidays. It was a good day there! :w3 Thought I'd try something a little lighter for your entertainment.

Modifications was in CS4 and Fractalius and included; Fractalius, Accent Edges along with normal PS image adjustment items.
