A beautiful bird and capture. I like the HA and head/back sharpness. I see some noise in the bg and the oof tail and wings, which you could easily smooth out, making this much more finished, IMO. Great bird!
What a beautiful bird and capture Sandesh...loved it! Nice HA and Dan has pointed out few of the imp points. Looks like you had bad light? at 1600 ISO and f/5.6 you only have 1/60 SS. Lucky you there is no motion blur.
I love this birds colors! Wish our starlings were as superb! Dan brought out some great ideas and I would be tempted to tone down the perch even more.
