This is usually how you see deer, there's always something between them and you. Cool effect almost like a vintage camera image. Good Job

A different approach...I like the feeling of depth..I'd be tempted to evict the stray brown/red stem that curls beneath the doe's belly...and, while I like the framing, it gives the image a bit of a heavy feel...but I haven't wrapped my head around what I would do differently (not much help, I know!). I like the pose...the sense of impending flight..hope to see more.

Mitch, The unusual framing is different. I think that the straight line on the left side of frame is distracting. I wonder if a slice off the right would balance the sides a bit more. Nice job with the filtering, cute pose!
