I have been following the site for quite some time and wanted to participate actively. But after looking at so many wonderful images I was little shy to post my images.
Sachin encouraged me to post my image so here is my first post.
This was taken handheld on lake Toho from air boat. While looking for snail kites I saw this GBH flying from near by so I quickly captured couple of frames and liked this one.
Congrats on your first post Raut and a nice one I might add. Nice in flight pose captured of this GBH. Great detail and texture on the wing feathers.

Like the nice downstroke of the wing and the excellent sharpness. I might go a little brighter. In general for action photography (such as on Lake Toho), I never set my ISO below 400. Your shutter speed is marginal at ISO 160, and the 7D does quite well at ISO 400. The extra SS will really help with most of your images.
