Have a Ducky New Year!

I posted this image last year as a greeting card and am recycling it this year since I haven't had time or creative inspiration to create a new one. :bg3: I added the frame from a scrapbooking digital kit and added another texture with snowflakes, and starbursts and fireworks with brushes.
