Hi Kate,
Lovely soft mood and uniform position of the birds. Although they are past the optimum place to press the shutter, the "going to roost" idea is evident. I think if this were mine, I would crop some off the left.

Agree on the left crop I don't mind them facing away It does tell what they are doing Might have taken a little of the top and shown more bottom so the tree look cut !!!!
Very nicely done; however if you crop just a little on the left it would be perfect. Composition is good, and I like the nice smooth flow of the photo with the melow earth tones. Keep up the good work. :cool:
