Saw this on that other website and I loved it all the aspects, leap, angle of leap, light and colors of surroundings...Only thing is there (on that site) it was very sharp, here it looks a little soft. Also a few artifacts in the BG... I look forward to the rework!:S3:
Hi Brendon,
Dumay took the words right out of my mouth- the face looks a bit soft and I wonder what those marks are to the right of the lechwe? Water, mud or artifacts? The pose is wonderful and one that I tried to get when I was on safari and was unsuccessful. The light is super as well,
Gail
Hi Brendon, like the action here, great pose and well caught in mid flight. Apart from the above comments I also feel the colour is leaning a little towards the Yellow/Blue, creating a more cooler look, especially at the 'whites' of the under belly, WDYT? What time of day was this, towards early evening?
As Dumay said, certainly look forward to the repost hopefully addressing the sharpening/artifacts issue.
BTW, who was your guide, was it 007 (James), Reubens or someone else? :w3

Beautiful moment well captured Brendon, great action mid flight shot in great light, agree on the sharpness issue, hopefully easy to solve.:w3

Really dig this one Brendon (and good to see you posting again :w3).
I have to concur with Dumay, I have seen a seemingly sharper version which worked well so I think it can stand a hint more sharpening on the antelope...:tinysmile_shy_t:
I agree with Steve too...slight hint of blue (and even magenta?) that can be gently tweaked out...
Still one I would love in my files!
Brendon,
I will also confess to seeing a larger and higher IQ version at the "other website", and conclude it is almost a "chalk and cheese" situation.
So I'll judge on your other post STUPENDOUS, I am deeply envious, I'll try again over the holidays.:cheers::cheers:
Beautiful moment well captured Brendon,Terrific

Hi Guys thanks very much for your comments, the image quality here is very interesting as it is the identical image saved for posting on both sites yet one clearly looks better than the other, i will adjust this one shortly and repost.:w3
I Hope this is Better, on the sharpening side i have had to almost over sharpen the image and now look like it has some halos but the original looks great, hope the colours are better??

Brendon,
The repost is better, I also find that I neeed to often oversharpen, for posting here.:eek3:
Great capture....the re-post addresses all the mentioned nits.
Brendon - repost addresses the nits. Great image for all the reasons mentioned above. Congrats!
