This has a lovely, dreamy feel to it, Mitch. I like the effect on the water particularly. I think if it were mine, I might try to crop such that the horizon isn't in the center. And I think it might need just a tiny CW rotation.

Mitch, nice application of Simplify. I like the water texture and colors, the clouds are cool, I'm not so sure about the washboard cloud pattern masking the sun. I might blend that in a bit, but it's your call. Maybe a slight CW rotation, also. Nice bird formation.:S3:

Very cool feather and wing cloud formations, Mitch! I like the image elements, processing and comp very much but wish the geese had a bit more backlighting. The direction of flight and the flow of the clouds and water is a perfect combo. :S3:

Mitch, Ditto the rotation. I agree with Steve regarding the geese and I wonder if the sky image could stand on it's own.:S3: Nicely seen.

Mitch, It does look better. This morning when I looked at it again I was thinking maybe losing the second from last bird on the left. Groups of three, five, etc... seem more powerful. Just a last minute thought.:S3:

Your comment that odd numbers (3, 5, ect.) are more powerful is really interesting ( I like to look for things like that). I have to watch for it and see if it holds.
