I´m really enjoying and learning a lot from your comments. I would like to show this other picture of the scarred female. I think I like this better than when she is laying down. My best friend liked the other one better.

I like the one better as well. better lit and you can see her eyes better.
If it were mine I'd crop the "triangle effect" out by taking some off the left side.

Love the pose here Gregor, now seeing the large battle scar on her back as well, she's certainly been in the wars.
Shame about the curved branch across her chest, but you take 'em as you find 'em of course, could benefit with some opening up the shadow detail and still a touch more USM (only slight, not a big deal) on her also as viewing on my cal monitor.

I like this a lot more than your first post, I agree entirely with the comments regarding crop and adjustments in particular opening up the darker areas.
