Hi Mark;
I'd love to hear more of the story behind this memorial...
Your image offers a unique processing style; elements of it I really like and are very effective. I would have liked to have seen just a bit more of the detail brought back...and to my eyes the blues, particularly in the lower left portion of the image, compete too strongly for my eye's attention, as does the light blue of the boat roof (?) on the RHS. The image has such a nostalgic, warm feel to it otherwise...thanks for sharing!

Hi Mark, John makes some good suggestions. I wonder if a little less on the left and a teeny more on th right would have given a more reflective look to the statue. Nice work with the filter and I know- YIYV!:S3:

Thanks John for viewing and comments. Appreciate it.
Here is a link to the Tarpon Springs History, one of a number of sites that give the history of the area and the sponge industry. We've become fasinated with it, since finding it close to our new home up the coast. It is an interesting area and history.
Sorry about the other post. This is the one I wanted to post. Been a long day! :e3 I think this is closer to my vision.

Thanks all for viewing and comments. Appreciate it.
Besides being an interesting place to visit, there really are some nice images. I have created other versions of this and will post another shortly.
Been experimenting with Adjust 5 and find a lot of neat effects possible, if you haven't looked at it yet. I also like the fact that they kept the old effects as well, as some eliminate what we are use to and only update. This image has a lot of work from Adjust 5 in it.
