Always nice to enjoy the soothing sights and sounds of a mountain stream, even on overcast days. This is full frame, Shutter Speed was 1/13, made adjustments in ACR, CS5, then added some Topaz Simplify BuzSim, Topaz Detail & Adjust, and a bit of PB oil.

Nicely done, Brendan. I like the blur of the water and its diagonal flow through the image. You did a great job in composing this -- even to the branch and its shadow in the upper right. The blues and greens are cool and refreshing, and that brown/orange leaf provides great color contrast. Your use of filters adds a lot to the impact of what you did in capturing the shot. The slightly out of focus leaves in the upper left don't bother me a bit because they only play a supporting role in the background anyway.

Hi Brendan, nicely composed and filtered. Love the color and the river blur. The dead leaf add interest to this one very nicely.

Hi Brendan, Love the play of light across the image. The soft, blurred, dark and crisp sections play off each other in a unique and interesting way. Beautiful!
