I planted a crepe myrtle about 25 years ago right beside the front of my house and it has become a very majestic clump over the years. This is straight out of the camera except for an eviction of a thin strand of a vine in front of one of the trunks. f/13, 1 sec., ISO 100
Comments and suggestions appreciated. Thanks for looking.:S3:

Those colors work very well together, Cheryl, and I like the softness of the image. Just to keep my eye from exiting to the right, though, I wish it were darker there. Maybe with one or more of the colors from the left side. However, it's very attractive just the way it is.

Very soft, romantic, surrealistic feel to this one...softly blurred curtains....softly blurred marble...an almost ethereal abstract of soft, pale pastels. I like this image...I wish the composition was a bit wider...more on both sides...or that there was a bit of a texture to anchor it, I'm not sure...but that's a matter of personal preference. Nicely done!

Cheryl, Really pretty color pallet. Slightly off center to add interest. Simple and clean composition. I see Dennis's point, and can imagine some of the left side colors on the right. As it is, it works for me. A really nice peaceful feeling about it. Nice work.

Nice image and application, Cheryl.
Like the abstract image.
I'll have to try that with our "crappy mertle" :w3 in the front yard! It's still small but the flowers are nice in full bloom.
