Hi Dave, I have a family member that this image reminds of..............:S3: The combination of filters seems to work well. The head and neck feathers are very interesting. Cool pose and another killer eye! Nice BG, It all works well together. Couple of bright areas around the beak, but that might have been your intent.
Talk about a bad hair day....:t3. Great pose...the eye is so intense it could keep you up nights...great background. I might tone down the last 1/3 of the beak, yet, as Jay mentioned, that may have been intentional...either way, a nice image!

Hi Dave, I like the s-curve of the neck and that crazy eye. Those highlights are clipped in the red channel and the green is close. This happens sometimes in the JPEG conversion. I see a lot of noise in the bg, but I also see the dilemma in isolating this subject for selective NR. Lots of detail there in the plumage!
