This is beautiful. bird flying in is plus. both wing position visible is a good sign here and i loved it.
You might have gone little far say 640 on ISO to grab more freeze IMO.
I like the crop as well.
I agree Mital I have reviewed many images and think I need around 1/1600-1/2000 sec minimum and faster for blue tits/great tits which are smaller.
The head looks nice and sharp andi like the bg. A little more freeze would have ben nice mid body area. I don't mind the motion with the wings.
