Nice pose and HA and some really nice feather detail. As presented thee image is to dark and a little washed out as is your whites are all reading under 200 a simple levels adjustment with the white slider and pull the mids up a bit will make a nice improvement.
Nice image, pose and composition but have to agree with Don's comments..small white dot at bottom of eye. TFS

Late light angle is the issue here though you have captured the beauty of bird well. Like the quality here.
Just wish this was taken early in a day to have perfect light angle.
