this is a beautiful image. the pose and that expression of (its mine buddy) seen very well :t3
i might reduce power of the OOF bright green plant..
framing is just good to me except the sharp focus grass going cross upper on right hand is what i am surprise with.
you might also want to look on white to recover a lil bit.
The bird is lovely and exp is perfect. Not sure about the photographic appeal of the "prey" ie. bone!
Gail
Like the raised foot here looks very possessive about the piece of meat or bone . And lovely eye contact .
Saptagirish:
Really shows his claiming the 'prize" and protecting it. Good low shooting angle, sharp.
Not a huge fan of the mowed (grazed) grass look, but that is where you found him!
This is quite a bone, do you know what it came from?
Cheers

very nice shot....details, exp., pose, HA, light..well done. The shooting angle is excellent...it is the "just right low angle".
Great crop, angle, lighting, and sharpness. I have no problems with the mowed grass 'cuz that's where you found it. I think I would burn the face a little bit to get a some more details off the face.
Cheers,
Raymond
