Wonderful close up. Great feather detail and the stare is just amazing. Well done.
I like that both eyes are nice and sharp. I might darken the bird's right pupil a little, and I'd consider a slight contrast boost and some selective sharpening of the face (not including the eyes). Also there is no embedded color space in your image.
