just re-discovered this community and it looks very interesting. I've been photographing birds for 5 years now and I have been a member of several Belgian bird photography forums. It seems to me that the level of bird images posted on this website is considerably higher though.
Personally, I'm a birdwatcher for over 20 years now. But also professionally I'm totally into birds since I'm doing research on the effect of sheep grazing on ground-breeding birds' breeding succes. It's all about birds for me!
I hope to actively contribute to the avian forums,

Welcome to BPN, Glenn. Birdwatching and avian photograph go so well together don't they. I began bird watching at 10 years old. I definitely agree with you on the level of avian photography on BPN being a cut above the rest. I hope we'll have the opportunity to see some of your photographs soon!
