This one is from my archive... I remember taking this late one morning with strong light but retained it for the wing formation. For processing, cropped, adjusted for selective colors and added an adjustment layer for b&w with added tint. Then reduced opacity of the adjustment layer to give a warm feeling. Hope you like it.

Indranil very nice silhouette (not sure thats spelled right :Whoa!:)..I might remove the vegetation, and what trailing from the top ducks wing but that just my opinion.
Also there seems to be dots behind the bottom duck..
The ducks are sharp, the contrasting wing positions..nicely done

Indranil, Paul makes some good suggestions. I love the two poses together. I know some folks that like their silhouettes very dark. I think the lightness allows you to see the lovely wing detail so I would leave it lighter if it were mine.:S3:

Indranil, I'm in the minority here, but I like the vegetation..I think it adds a little depth to the image in this instance...and, like Denise, I like that you didn't completely blacken the silhouette. If it were mine, I might darken the highlight were the wing joins the body on the bottom duck just a smidge. I love the slight color tone to this one as well. Nicely done!

Hi Indranil, I like the placement in the frame of the two ducks. I'm with Denise on the vegetation, I don't think it adds to the image. I do like the back-lit look of the bottom wing.

Hi Indranil,
I like the duck and the reflection and that it is not totally silhouetted, the placement in the frame also works for me. I agree with Paul's suggestion regarding removing the vegetation. Good idea to keep this one in the files.

Hey Indranil,
Great job with the suggested tweaks! If the vegetation wasn't just poking up into the frame.....I would consider leaving it......but the two OOF ones were certainly distracting for my tastes. You could also consider leaving the 2 central ones.....and going vert! Just another option to explore as all in all.....the different wing positions make this for me!

Those two ducks work so well together! Any changes would be minor, it is the two shapes together that makes this really work.
