Noelle, I agree, pelicans are so odd looking and goofy at times. They really have a lot of personality and charm and make great subjects. I have this one shot where three of them are leaning against eachother, taking a siesta, all sound asleep. :bg3:

Brendan, the eyes are mesmerizing here, the sharpness and contact. Amazing detail overall and sweet light. I love pelicans so much and this is a stunner of a portrait.
