I had fun playing around with this image. Among other adjustments, I used Topaz Adjust >Color Sketch. High pass sharpening for center. Duplicated and used various blending modes.

Anita, I love the electric colors in this - especially the blue BG! There's a lot going on here but none of it overpowers the rest. Nicely done!
Wow! This is beautiful, Anita! It's amazing how the colors are so bright, yet they're not overpowering. I love the detail of the flower and the textured BG. Very nicely done! :S3:
