This is a double modification ... I had done some work on this previously, which I forgot. But today I resurrected it and added in PS4; Fract; InFocus; Selective Color and Diffused Frosted Glass. Can't remember the steps of the first treatment. But hope you can still enjoy! :S3:

Mark, This is an interesting effect. I do kind of wish that the top part of the image had the same effect as the bottom as I find that quite attractive.:S3:
