I haven't had much time lately to work on anything so I thought I'd trot out my slightly-used wood stork reflections. I used fractalius slow motion on this one.
Thanks for looking. Comments and suggestions appreciated.:S3:

Cheryl, I remember this one. like the effect. I might take a small sliver off the bottom if it were mine. The birds look so cool w/ the reflection.:S3:
Cheryl, this is stunningly beautiful! Love the effect and the reflection. I am with Denise on taking a bit of the bottom
I agree with the comments above, this is great. Being a non reformed panoramic photographer ( from the old days of film, How about a med format 2"x 56"
Anyway I can see this as a panoramic cropping from both top and bottom.
Nice image and application, Cheryl.
I tend to agree with Steve on the crop option. I think you could loose some of the branches on top to the point of matching the bottom reflection and having a long panorama. But then again ... Y I Y V!! :w3 :2eyes2:
Denise, Indranil, Steve and Mark - thanks for your input. Here's a cropped, more of a pano version. I think I like it better. I wanted to leave some of the tree branches above in the image. I think the thing I like the most about the image is the wraith-like look of the storks as if they are guarding the entrance to some dark place.:S3:
Cheryl,
Greetings. Beautiful! I like the repost version. A very ethereal look... Good show!
Cheers,
-Michael-
Very nice reflection composition, Cheryl. The frac treatment really works well with this, and I like the moody feel to this. :S3:
Wonderful composition and processing on the re-post!
Cheryl, love the effect on the birds and like the repost very much! Nice work!
I like the crop from the bottom in the repost but would not have lost one pixel of those killer trees. I love, love, love it. Is the slow motion pre-set a standard one; I do not recall seeing it before....
Artie, thanks! I loved the trees too:S3: I don't have the upgraded Fractalius but slow motion is a preset on my earlier version (which I probably bought last year). I've just started using it a little.
Thanks Cheryl. I will check it out when I next open CS-3 :). I meant to ask, where was this created?
Thanks Cheryl. Sounds like fun!
