Hi Steve, very imaginative and fun image. The "real" bunting in the middle looks like it's put off by all the surrounding activity. :c3: I like the flips used with the circle splash, good thinking! You are getting to be a PS whiz.
Steve, the 'bunterly' effect is very effective! Love the posture of the middle bunting with attitude. Nice PS work.
