The original is from SWF IPT... we were baiting the Pelicans with fish and a fight broke out when one of the Pelicans refused to give up and went straight for the fish in another Pelican's pouch! I have never seen anything like this... Not sure what happened at the end, but thought it was humorous in the context of this week's theme. Applied Topaz Simplify cartoon effect. Used few adjustment layers for saturation and selective colors. Hope you like it.

I've seen pelicans do this while the fishermen are cleaning their fish at the local pier. Sometimes the cormorants get in on the act as well.
The addition of bubbles and words makes this stand out.
