Re-Create

This was an interesting challenge. If I had time, I would have this bird showing out of Arties pocket, but alas, I do not have the right photo of Artie to do that. So, here is my current take. Going to Alaska this week, so I might have some eagles with an egret head or another chance to include Artie in the photo? Wish me luck since I might be back in time for more.

Steve, Have a great time in Alaska and get lots of images!!:S3: I like your re-create and feel it's fun and interesting. I might try to eliminate the blur halo on the top of the bird's back and tone down the white's just a teeny bit. Nice work and looking forward to your Eagle images!!:S3:

Very neat effect, Steve! I love the colors and ragged border. The grey areas on the bird bother me a little; I might try lightening those areas a tad especially the one right behind the bird's eye. Nice work!

Hey Steve, I know you're out shooting bears and eagles, but just wanted to say I really like this treatment. Very whimsical and fun. I'll bet you will have a chance to shoot Artie's pocket too...
