The colors are gorgeous and the texture and detail from Fractalius really make it pop.
This is beautiful. I like the overlapping petals and the colors are gorgeous. Nice use of fract.
Awesome, Joe! Love the colors, frac work and Black BG. :S3:
Joe, I love the colors and the fract, the unique composition is very interesting to me. I wonder what that white petal? is on the bottom and if it would look better cropped out. Nice job either way!!:S3: The black BG is a great touch to this fantastic work of art-hey can you tell I like it!!
Very nice floral portrait Joe. I love the colors and tasteful application of Fractalius. It looks like you cleaned up the outer edges, which makes a big difference when fracting. I see a tiny bit of "fluff" in the overlap of the petals on the lower flower.
Joe, I love the colors and the composition as well as the fract work. I agree with Denise about the one white petal - it's a little distracting but it's a beautiful image either way:S3:
Thanks All. I didn't like the white petal either , but when I got rid of it the crop was too tight. This is one that I will have to put some more time into.:2eyes2:
Joel, could you just paint over the whitish petal and leave the crop as it is? Or clone blue petal material over it? I think it'd be an easy fix.
I like the effect very much. Looks like coloured pencil sketch art. The blues are particularly appealing. I see a couple of neat faces in the darker blue centers...
