Nicely separated from the BG Jonathan, and sharp where it counts. I would maybe move him back to the right a tad.

I like the eye contact, the sharp central body, and the blurring of the wings emphasizing the fact that this bird was in flight!
I would suggest cropping away some canvass on the right, and adding canvass on the left if possible, to give the bird more space to fly into. And there is a white spot on the lower foot that I would clone out.
But otherwise, well done! :cheers:

Excellent flight capture. Unusual BG for a gull, I like it. I also like the banking flight position and dangling feet. I agree with more canvass on the left.

Yes to too far forward in the frame. I like the SH of the head but not the head angle as the bird's head is angled away from us. I do like the motion blur in the far wing.
