Sharpness is good; however, I'm not a huge fan of this pose & head angle. If the bird was looking a bit more up and towards you the image would be stronger. The background is also somewhat noisy, and could stand round or two of noise reduction. I also believe the size of the image you posted is larger than the maximum per BPNs guidelines.

Thank you Ryan, I have reduced the size of the image to 1024 pixels on the longest size.
I had an itching feeling that the head angle was going to kill it for some, so thanks!

1024 on the longest side is still too large. The guidelines state for horizontal oriented images, 1024 on the long side is the largest they can be; however, for vertical oriented images like yours, 800 px on the longest side is the maximum size.
