The overall scene looks too contrasty and oversaturated. I would loose about 1/4 from the bottom for a better composition. Sharpness could be better.
Overall not too bad but a little oversaturated and a bit soft to me.
Nice pose, as mentioned above, a bit less square crop. I'm also picking up on some noise in the upper left Quadrant. Great capture, thks for sharing...

Beautiful bird John. Looks a bit oversaturated and contrasty to me as well. Here is the direction I would head with this image if mine. Hope you dont mind the re-post, let me know if you would like it removed. Just an idea to think about. Done very quickly, working from your master file would yield much better results.
