Ken; I think the content aware fill is worth the price of upgrade, not because it can be fun, but simply because it is so darn useful, and time saving, in removing unwanted elements from images that required the clone-stamp tool previously. I am for anything that shortens PP time. Sure, you'll still need the clone stamp tool, but not nearly as much. ACR 6, as far as I know, requires CS5. Noise reduction is vastly improved over previous version IMO, and although you'll still need to use PS (and generally another NR plugin) to selectively remove noise, it does a great job in images that have uniform noise. For some reason NR with the RAW file works especially well. NR (once in photoshop) seems to be better done with Topaz Denoise, Noise Ninja, etc.
