This bird is so unusual looking, that it is pretty much OOTB without doing anything.
However, this picture, which shows more color than most of my others (for the theme, of course), definitely improved with a light touch of Topaz Simplify BuzSim.
Shot in Ecuador about a year-and-a-half ago.
Michael, This is a great theme post. I like the softness that the filter added and the punch of color. The bird's face is crazy looking! I never saw one of these so thanks for sharing. The background competes a little with the bird but I think overall it is a colorful/fun image. I might try to sharpen the eye just a tiny bit.:S3:
