Started with an ocean sunset picture, and followed Denise's mini-world instructions. After some experimentation, touched up the cloud area of original image to make it a complete ring after polar coordinates. Then used Liquify filter to create the patterns throughout the rings - that was a lot of fun :S3:. Cut out center, added clouds (render/clouds) - thanks Kerry for that idea - soft brushed in stars for BG and then added seagull image.
