Thanks to all for the kind comments. I guess I need a new monitor (:bg3: Yippee) because I don't see the lines.

I was glad to see the response for tributes to Dave. I'm also glad that his website is still up and running. Last I heard, Billy (Dave's friend) was paying to keep it going. I will see if I can contribute as well. It is such a good reference and place to go to remember.
